From the 1st December 2021, a person who is registered as a Conveyancer under the Conveyancers Act 1994 (SA) has been added to the Oaths Act 1936 (SA) as an Authorised Witnesses.
This means that Registered Conveyancers can now be a witness to a Statutory Declaration, which can make the process of buying or selling property much easier for our clients.
